The present appeal pertains to the year 1999. Vide order dated 30.04.2024 notices were issued to the parties. As per the office report, appellant No.1 and 2 stand duly served. The sole respondent is stated to have died. No one has put in appearance on behalf of appellant No.1 and 2 despite service. It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the present appeal. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 2.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
