The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS (old Section 482 Cr.P.C) for registration of FIR in furtherance of specific finding given by High Powered Election Committee regarding inaction with respect to the complaint already registered vide DDR dated 06.03.2025, while deciding the election petition filed by petitioner on 17.02.2026. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner has filed a representation dated 18.02.2026 (Annexure P-2) before respondents No.2 and 3, however, no action has been taken thereon till date.
