Notice was issued to the appellants for 21.07.2025. Appellant No. 1 was served through (Sarpanch) wife whereas appellant No. 2 is reported to be dead and sole respondent was served through Rent Controller. This is appeal pending since 1998. None is present on behalf of the appellants. It seems that appellants are not interested in pursuing the instant appeal. 2.

In view of the above and given the prevailing circumstances, there seems to be no justification to keep the appeal on the docket, indefinitely. Accordingly, the instant appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution with liberty to the appellants to revive the same, if have any grievance from this order, within a period of three months from today. 3.

Since the main appeal stands decided, the miscellaneous application(s), if any, stand disposed of accordingly.
