Through the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for re-investigation of FIR No. 001 dated 01.01.2018 (Annexure P-1) under Seciton 306 IPC, Police Station Sector-20/Police Chowki Sector-19, Panchkula, by Central Bureau of Investigation or Crime Branch, Haryana Police.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the purpose of the instant petition would be achieved, if, the Commissioner of Police, Panchkula, is directed to decide representation dated 16.02.2018 (Annexure P-15), moved by the petitioner.

In view of the above, the Commissioner of Police, Panchkula, is directed to look into the matter and decide representation Annexure P-15, moved by the petitioner, besides fresh representation which the petitioner shall file within one week from today, in accordance with law, by passing a speaking order and after affording an opportunity of hearing to her, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4.
