RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner in case FIR No.167 dated 24.10.2016 registered under Sections 15 and 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act at Police Station Dirba, District Sangrur. Learned counsel for the petitioner, placing on record certified copy of order dated 16.08.2018 of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sangrur, contends that in compliance of previous order dated 06.08.2018 of this Court, petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court and has been released on bail.

On instructions from ASI Palwinder Singh, learned State counsel confirms the aforesaid fact.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 06.08.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
