**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks regular bail in FIR No. 880 dated 28.11.2017 under Sections 307, 34 IPC (later on Sections 302, 212, 201, 120-B IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 were added) registered at Police Station Sadar Palwal, District Palwal. Status report by way of affidavit of Deputy Superintendent of Police, Palwal, District Palwal dated 19.3.2021, filed in the Registry, is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR in question was lodged on 28.11.2017 and the petitioner has been in custody since 31.12.2017. He further submits that in the present case, charges were framed on 06.8.2018 but till date no prosecution witness has been examined. CRM-M No. 16860 of 2020 -2Learned State counsel submits that in the present case, all the accused were arrested and after framing of charge, supplementary challan was presented and due to this reason, delay has occurred in examining the prosecution witnesses.

Keeping in view the above, the trial Court is directed to make an endeavour to conclude the trial at the earliest. The petition stands disposed of.
