Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has no objection if the present petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide his representation dated 15.04.2021 (Annexure P-7) sympathetically.

In view of the stand taken by learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and take a decision on the representation dated 15.04.2021 (Annexure P-7) expeditiously and sympathetically keeping in view the fact that the petitioner is 90% physically disabled.
