RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioners in case FIR No.1413 dated 18.12.2017 registered under Sections 420, 406, 199, 200 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Central Faridabad, District Faridabad. On instructions from ASI Mukesh Kumar, learned State counsel submits that petitioners have joined the investigation and are no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 06.08.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute with direction to petitioner No.3 to give his specimen signatures/handwriting before the RAVINDER SINGH 2018.10.23 11:24 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
