******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 439(2) Code of Criminal Procedure seeking cancellation of anticipatory bail allowed to respondent No.2 in case FIR No.178 dated 08.06.2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Sultanpur Lodhi, vide order dated 12.07.2018. The dispute pertains to allotment of a plot to Mehnga Singh, which was later on cancelled. The litigation pursued in this regard which Mehnga Singh had lost. The allegation against respondent No.2, who is a Municipal Councillor, is that she attested the affidavit of Hansraj, wherein he has deposed that the property belongs to him as legal representative of Mehnga Singh.

Keeping in view the above facts, I find no reason to cancel anticipatory bail allowed by the trial Court to respondent No.2. This petition has no merits. Dismissed.
