It is reflected from the record of the trial court and which fact is also conceded by the learned State counsel that on 15.9.2015, petitionerSucha Singh on account of his detention in Modern Jail, Faridkot could not put in appearance before the learned trial court and which is reasonable and bonafide cause for his non-appearance.

Keeping in view that the absence of the petitioner on 15.9.2015 was not intentional and there is sufficient reason for his absence, the instant petition is allowed. Bail to the satisfaction of the learned Trial court. ( Fateh Deep Singh ) July 15, 2016 Judge 'tiwana'
