Learned counsel for the respondent also seeks an adjournment. In the interest of justice, adjourned to 12.12.2024. Fresh intimation be sent to the counsel for the appellants making it clear that no further opportunity shall be provided. 2.

Today, it is reported by the Registry that Mr.Adish Gupta, Advocate, for the appellants has been duly informed vide letter dated 12.09.2024. It is thus clear that despite intimation sent to the counsel for the appellants and despite the fact that it was made clear on the last date of hearing that no further opportunity shall be provided, nobody has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants today also, sclearly indicating that appellants are no longer interested in pursing this appeal.
