**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) The present peƟƟon has been filed under ArƟcle 226 of the ConsƟtuƟon of India for issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus to protect the life and liberty of the peƟƟoner at the hands of official respondent No. 4. 2.

State counsel submits that brother of the peƟƟoner is an accused in the case for the commission of offence punishable under SecƟon 326 IPC and police was behind him. There is no threat to the life of peƟƟoner. 3.

Given above, no further order is required to be passed in the present peƟƟon and the same is disposed of. Liberty reserved to come to this Court again, if need arises.
