TRIBHUVAN DAHIYA, J. (Oral) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to fix/protect the petitioner's pay as ₹58,600 from ₹ 47,600 on his subsequent appointment on 21.02.2019 as PGT English from the post of TGT Teacher, and pay the arrears and other consequential benefits.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case he is permitted to file a fresh representation raising the grievance as has been raised in the instant petition, and the petition may be disposed of by directing the respondents to decide the same in a specified period, keeping in view the fact that similar benefit has been extended to another employees vide office orders dated 30.01.2024 and 16.12.2024, Annexures P-10 and P-11 respectively. 3.

Notice of motion.

Mr. Rohit Arya, DAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondents/State and submits that in case any such representation is filed by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today, the same SONIA BURA 2025.03.26 14:44 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-8326-2025 will be considered and decided by respondent no.1- Additional Chief Secretary, School Education Department, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law, keeping in view the aforementioned office orders dated 30.01.2024 and 16.12.2024, within three months of receiving the representation.

In view of the statement made, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the petition being disposed of in terms of thereof.

Ordered accordingly.
