ARUN MONGA, J,(ORAL) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No.652 dated 21.06.2016, registered under Sections 406, 420 IPC at Police Station Sadar, District Gurgaon (Gurugram) and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of settlement (Annexure P-3).

Petition has been filed alleging that there has been a compromise between the parties. However, it turns out that neither parties have come forth for recording of their statements regarding compromise before the Court below nor even otherwise respondents No. 5 to 9 have caused appearance in pending trial. Resultantly, they have been declared proclaimed offenders. 3.

Since there is no compromise between the parties, no grounds for interference by this Court are made out.

Dismissed.
