Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the file of this case has been taken back by the appellants. He pleads no instructions in this matter. In view of the statement of learned counsel for the appellants, main appeal is taken up today itself and is dismissed in default and for nonprosecution. Copy of the order be conveyed to the appellants at the available address.
