As per the report received from the Registry, the sole appellant has expired. Out of 4 respondents, 3 of them namely respondents No.1, 3 & 4 have died. Respondent No.2 has been duly served. 2.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that none of the LRs of the appellant has contacted him .ll date. Counsel for the respondents has also submi0ed that none of the surviving respondents; or the LRs of the deceased respondents have ever contacted him .ll date. 3.

Apart from the above, it is no.ced that it was a suit for permanent injunc.on, the judgment of which has been assailed before this Court.

It is highly doub5ul that even the cause of ac.on is s.ll surviving. Having no.ced the aforesaid circumstances, the present appeal is hereby disposed of with liberty to get it revived, in case any cause of ac.on s.ll survives.
