(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C for seeking issuance of direction to official respondents to conduct a fair and impartial inquiry into the representation dated 03.03.2021 bearing complaint No.847-PP, registered with S.S.P office Amritsar Rural. At the outset learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the FIR already stands registered against respondents No.6 to 9 and the said fact is admitted in the reply dated 23.01.2023 filed on behalf of State, which reads as under:- "The legal opinion was obtained thereupon from the Deputy District Attorney (Legal), Amritsar and as per the legal opinion, the enquiry report was approved by the then Senior AMANDEEP GOSAIN 2023.02.23 19:26 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

-+- Superintendent of Police, Amritsar Rural and on the basis thereof, the FIR No.267, dated 23.08.2021, under Sections 420/120B IPC, Police Station Ajnala, Amritsar Rural has been registered against Joginder Singh (Respondent no.6), Arundeep Singh (Respondent no.7), Sandeep Singh (Respondent no.8) and Dalvinder Kaur (Respondent No.9).

In view of the abovesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is rendered infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
