(Oral) In this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents not to shift Tubewell Electricity Connection bearing No. TR41/0002/AP from Goshala Urban Feeder to Rural Feeder, Rania. Besides, a further prayer has been made for restraining the respondents from shifting the Tubewell Electricity Connection of the petitioner, during the pendency of the instant petition. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, if the petition is disposed off with a direction to the official respondent No.2 to look into the representation dated 12.05.2020 (Annexure P-7) and take appropriate action.

In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2 - Sub-Divisional Officer, DHBVNL, Sub Division Rania, Operation Sub Division Rania, District Sirsa, to look into the representation dated 12.05.2020 (Annexure P-7) and take necessary steps, if any required, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within two months, from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.
