As agreed by both sides, subject to the Writ Petitioner filing an undertaking by 10.5.2022 agreeing to vacate Shop No. 06, APC (Basement) PGIMER Sector 12, Chandigarh by 18.5.2022 and handing over vacant physical possession of the same to the respondent and also making payment of the licence fee for the said period to the respondent, the respondent shall not evict the petitioner till 18.5.2022. In default of compliance with this order, this order shall stand vacated.
