ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to trace the location of mobile No.84363-78271 and to present the status report in FIR No.94 dated 30.05.2017 registered under Sections 302, 120-B read with Section 34 IPC at Police Station Ghall Khurd.

Reply by way of affidavit of Deputy Superintendent of Police, (Rural) Ferozepur on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3 filed in the Court is taken on record.

As per the reply, 02 persons have been arrested and on completion of investigation, the report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. has been submitted before the trial Court on 01.09.2017 and charges have already been framed on 28.10.2017 and the case is now fixed for prosecution evidence for 30.11.2017.

In view of the above, the petition is dismissed having been rendered infructuous. However, it will be open for the petitioner to seek his appropriate legal remedy before the trial Court, in accordance with law.
