NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J.(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the present petition, the charges were framed and even some witnesses of the prosecution have been examined. Therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition enabling the petitioner to file criminal revision petition impugning the order of framing of charges, at first instance. The present petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Court of Session to decide the criminal revision petition on merits in accordance with law, if filed within one month of passing of this order.

Since it has been pointed out that three different FIRs of similar nature were registered against the petitioner and the charge-sheets (reports under Section 173, Cr.P.C.) have been presented in all the three cases, which are being tried simultaneously by learned trial Court, therefore, three criminal revision petitions, to be filed by the petitioner arising out of the said FIRs, shall be decided by the Court of Session simultaneously.
