***** RAJAN GUPTA , J. (Oral) Affidavit of Sadhu Ram, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Ellenabad, District Sirsa, has been filed in court today. Learned State counsel submits that out of twelve witnesses cited by the prosecution, four have been examined and examination-in-chief of three witnesses is complete. Prosecution shall endeavour to conclude its evidence at the earliest.

In view of the above, plea for bail is rejected at this stage. Dismissed. It is, however, made clear that defence is expected to co-operate in conclusion of trial.
