Prayer in this petition filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.292 dated 18.11.2024 registered under Sections 21, 23, 61 of the NDPS Act at Police Station Gharinda, District Amritsar (Rural).

The case has been called twice since morning and despite that there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that neither the petitioner nor his counsel is interested in pursuing the present petition.
