Notice of motion.

On the asking of court, Mr. Ankur Jain, AAG Punjab, who is present in court accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. Only grievance of the petitioner is that investigation in the case is almost complete. However, final report under section 173 Cr.P.C. has not been presented.

Learned State counsel at the outset submits that investigating agency shall endeavor to submit the final report before the concerned court at the earliest.
