**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Petitioner seeks settlement of his claim in respect of balance payment for which a representation including legal notice dated 15.09.2021 has already been filed before respondent No.4.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case his representation including legal notice is directed to be decided by respondent No.4 by passing a speaking order in accordance with law within a stipulated period.

I deem it appropriate to direct the respondent No.4 to consider the claim of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

If the petitioner is found entitled for the amount in question, then the needful be done within a further period of one month.
