The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No.0325 dated 11.09.2019 under Sections 346, 366, 494, 506 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Madhuban, District Karnal. 2.

Learned State counsel has pointed out that the petitioners have since been acquitted by the Trial Court vide judgment dated 13.09.2023 and hence the present petition has been rendered infructuous. 3.
