**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) This is the second petition filed by the petitioner seeking regular bail in a complaint case No. 338/2011 dated 27.5.2015/23.2.2011RBT-SC-48/1.3.2016/10.2.2016 under Sections 376-B, 493 IPC titled 'Raj Kumari vs. Om Parkash'.

Mr. Amit Kumar Jain, Advocate puts in appearance on behalf of respondent No. 2 and has filed the power of attorney. Counsel for the petitioner states that the first petition was withdrawn and the parties have arrived at a compromise and the divorce petition has also been withdrawn and they are living together. Counsel for the complainant submits that the complainant is also present in the Court and they are living together.
