(Oral) Today both the petitioners appeared in person and petitioner No.2 who at the time of filing of the petition was less than 18 years, made statement that she had attained the age of majority and after her release from Nari Niketan Karnal, she is happily residing with petitioner No.1, who is her husband. Petitioner No.2 made statement that she is not ready and willing to live with respondent No.5-Aazam.

( 2 ) CRWP-4944-2021 Both the petitioners further made statement that now they are not apprehending any threat from the side of respondent No.5. The counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners made statement that in view of the abovesaid circumstances he be allowed to withdraw the present petition.
