This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 121 dated 28.07.2017 under sections 399, 402 IPC at Police Station Ladholwal, Police Commissionerate, district Ludhiana. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated February 01, 2018, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.
In view of the above, order dated February 01, 2018 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
