(ORAL) The instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a direction to official respondent Nos. 2 & 3 for fair investigation in case FIR No. 251 dated 08.12.2017 under Section 376 IPC, registered at Police Station, Canal Colony Bathinda, District Bathinda. In this regard the petitioner has also approached the authorities by filing representation dated 10.01.2018 (Annexure P-2). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if respondent No.2 be directed to look into the representation dated dated 10.01.2018 (Annexure P-2) and take action in accordance with law, in a time bound manner.
