Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the grievance raised in the petition, petitioner has already moved representation, Annexure P-4 to the competent authority but no decision has been taken thereon. Notice of motion.

On the asking of court, Ms. Sudeepti Sharma, Addl. A.G. Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of official respondent(s). She submits that in case representation, Annexure P-4 has been received in the office of competent authority, it shall be looked into and a decision shall be taken thereon at the earliest in any case not later than three weeks.

In view of above, no further direction is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed off.
