***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) At this stage, counsel for the respondent submits that the petition under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act, relating to which the present transfer application was filed, has since been withdrawn by the respondent, before learned Trial Court.

In the given circumstances, at this stage, counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to pursue with the transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn. Ordered accordingly.
