(Oral) It is contended that petitioner No.1 - Narinder Kaur Gill, aged about 40 years, a divorcee, has got married with petitioner No.2 Jaspreet Singh, aged about 21 years, against wishes of their family members, arrayed as private respondents No. 4 to 6, for the reason that it is an inter-caste marriage Now the petitioners apprehend danger to their lives and liberty at the hands of such private respondents, as such to seek protection in that regard, they have approached this Court by way of filing the present petition.
