(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for quashing of FIR No.86 dated 23.04.2022 registered under Section 365 IPC at Police Station Rajaund, District Kaithal and all other subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. Counsel for the petitioner has argued that the case is at the investigation stage and the petitioner has already given a representation to the respondents. Counsel for the petitioner has also submitted that she may be permitted to withdraw this petition, at this stage with liberty to the petitioner to file a comprehensive representation before the Superintendent of Police, Kaithal along with all the documents of defence.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. In case the representation is given to the Superintendent of Police, Kaithal within a period of 20 days from today, the same will be marked to the Investigating Officer, who will decide the same before presentation of the challan/report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C.
