R.P. Nagrath, J. (Oral) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for ordering registration of criminal case under Sections 365, 376 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code (IPC) against respondents no. 2 to 7, for kidnapping of a minor girl, namely; Ms. Raju @ Rajbir.

Affidavit of Senior Superintendent of Police, Fazilka dated 31.10.2014 was filed and it was reported that the matter was enquired and the allegations have been found to be false. In view of the above response from the respondentState, no further indulgence of this Court is required and as such the instant petition is disposed of. The petitioner may have alternative remedy.
