On 28.05.2021, the following order was passed:- "Submits inter alia that the injuries suffered by the victim are all found to be simple in nature and his MLR (Annexure P-2) goes to show that same were caused by blunt weapons, which is directly in contradiction to the FIR's allegation of the victim having been assaulted with sharp cutting weapons.

2. Notice of motion.

3. On the asking of the Court, Mr. B.S. Sewak, Additional Advocate General, Punjab, to accept notice on behalf of the respondent-State. Let a copy of the paper-book be supplied to him.

4. List on 16.09.2021.

5. Meanwhile, in the event of arrest of the petitioner by the Arresting/Investigating Officer, he shall be released on interim bail subject to the following conditions:- YOGESH SHARMA 2021.09.17 10:44 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-20969-2021(O&M) -2I. That he shall make him available for interrogation by a Police Officer as and when required;

II. That he shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade himself from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any Police Officer and;

III. That he shall not leave India without prior permission of the Court."

Learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that pursuant to order dated 28.05.2021 the petitioner has since joined the investigation and has fully co-operated with the Investigating Officer and there is no other case pending against the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Pritam Singh, has stated that the petitioner has since joined the investigation and that heis no longer required for further investigation as of now. In view of the above, the order dated 28.05.2021 is made absolute. The petitioner shall, however, join investigation as and when called. The petitioner shall also abide by all the terms and conditions as specified under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. Disposed off accordingly.
