The petitioner Hari Kesh has sought a direction to respondents 1 to 3 to hold an enquiry and investigate into the murder of his son in Sat Lok Ashram, Barwala.

The contention of the petitioner is that his son was murdered in the premises of Sat Lok Ashram, Barwala. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that the Inspector, Police Station, Barwala, District Hissar having thoroughly investigated the case, came to the conclusion that it was a case of PARVINDER SINGH 2015.09.15 10:27 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

CRM-M-32677 of 2014 suicide committed by the son of the petitioner in Sat Lok Ashram, Barwala and as a result of which, he has prepared cancellation report.

Of course, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the investigation was not properly conducted by the SHO, Police Station, Barwala, District Hissar. 5.

Inasmuch as the 3rd respondent has investigated the case and proposed to file cancellation report in one weeks' time, giving liberty to the Writ Petitioner to file necessary protest petition before the learned Judicial Magistrate, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
