(Oral) The prayer made in this writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is for quashing the impugned order bearing No.Reader/DM/3/1333 dated 27.02.2019 (Annexure P-3) issued by respondent No.1 and directing respondent No.2 to stop its proceedings of taking physical possession as per Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. 2.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Tribunal or to take recourse to the alternative remedies as are available to him, in accordance with law. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to him in accordance with law.
