Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in a case FIR No.0008 dated 21.02.2025, registered under Sections 333, 127(2), 351(1), 115(2) and 3(5) of BNS, 2023 (Section 140(3) of BNS/365 IPC was added later on) at Police Station Morinda 2.

By virtue of order dated 22.05.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioners were directed to join the investigation. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have joined the investigation and fully cooperated with the same and thus, the interim order may kindly be made absolute. 4.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Avtar Singh, has affirmed the fact that the petitioners have joined the investigation and they are no more required for further investigation. 5.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 22.05.2025 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
