(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C., petitionerHori Lal, has prayed for grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 26 dated 29.03.2018 registered under Sections 329 and 379 IPC at Police Station GRP Hisar, District GRP Ambala Cantt., Haryana. Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that three co-accused of the petitioner have already been enlarged on bail by the trial Court.

In view of the above, the petitioner is relegated to the trial Court to move fresh application for grant of bail. The instant petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
