(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 read with Section 389 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for setting aside the order dated 08.08.2017 (Annexure P-4) of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jind, rejecting the prayer of the petitioner for suspension of sentence during the pendency of the appeal.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he forged the signatures of the complainant and transferred the vehicle taken by the complainant on loan from M/s Magma Finance Limited.

Heard.

Considering over-all facts and circumstances, impugned order dated 08.08.2017 is set aside and the sentence of the petitioner is suspended during the pendency of the appeal subject to furnishing of surety bonds and bail bonds to the satisfaction of the Appellate Court. Disposed of.
