SABINA, J Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.29 dated 02.02.2015, under Sections 406 and 420 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Nakodar, District Jalandhar.
While issuing notice of motion following order was passed by this Court on 23.09.2015:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the dispute between the parties was purely civil in nature. Petitioner was still ready to execute the sale-deed in favour of the complainant or return the amount of earnest money paid by the complainant to the petitioner.

Petitioner shall abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973." Learned State counsel who is assisted by Sub Inspector Paramjit Singh has submitted that the petitioner has joined investigation.
Accordingly, interim bail granted to the petitioner by this Court vide order dated 23.09.2015, is made absolute. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
