Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose would be achieved if respondent No.2 - Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Collector, Fatehabad, is directed to decide representation dated 25.07.2017 (Annexure P-6) moved by the petitioner in an effective manner.
