Respondent No.2 - Dr. Shena Aggarwal, Director, Social Security, Women and Child Development Department, Punjab - is present in person. She states that the petitioner has been found entitled for regularization and financial benefits and the same would be released to him in due course of time. She further states that the Department is in process of challenging the order dated 16.04.2024 passed in CWP-17175-2018. 2.

In view of the above statement made by respondent No.2, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off accordingly.
