**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the request of the petitioner for withdrawal of his resignation from the post of Lab Assistant/Attendant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of her grievances, the petitioner has moved a representation dated 10.11.2022 (Annexure P-4), but the same has not been decided till date. He confines his argument to the extent that the respondents be directed to decide the said representation in a time bound manner. Notice of motion.
