***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) This petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No.158 dated 30.06.2016 under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC registered at Police Station Sector 56, Gurugram.

It is contended that challan has been filed and the trial is in progress. Petitioner remained in custody for 09 months before he was released on interim bail vide order dated 03.10.2017. Co-accused Ishpal Bhardwaj has been granted bail by the trial court. Keeping in view the fact that the case is triable by Magistrate and the petitioner remained incarcerated for 09 months, no useful purpose would be served by detaining him any longer. Under the circumstances, order dated 03.10.2017 is hereby made absolute. Disposed of.
