RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 4 to arrest respondents No.5 to 7 in case FIR No.113 dated 02.05.2018 registered under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Kotwali, Patiala. Learned State counsel submits that cancellation report has been filed in Court on 29.01.2019, which is fixed for consideration on 26.02.2020.

No one has come forward to represent the petitioner. On previous date i.e. 11.02.2020 also, petitioner had gone unrepresented. In view of above, petition is dismissed for want of prosecution and having been rendered infructuous as well. (RAMENDRA JAIN) February 26, 2020 JUDGE R.S.
