This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 108 dated 04.08.2014 under Sections 21/61/85 of the NDPS Act at Police Station Sadar Kapurthala.

Learned counsel for the State (on instructions from H.C. Gurvinder Singh, who is present in court) submits that pursuant to order dated September 24, 2015, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, order dated September 24, 2015 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
