Prayer in the present petition is for directing the respondents to release the retiral benefits and pension after counting the proper service period of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner faced with the fact that a demand ought to have been raised as a pre-requisite to seeking a writ of mandamus, wishes to withdraw the instant petition to enable him to file a representation, which he prays may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn. In case petitioner submits a representation within a period of 4 weeks, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously, in accordance with law.
