State counsel opposes the bail on the grounds that the peƟtoner has not menƟoned the criminal history. Although, the peƟƟoner has been arraigned as an accused in another case under POCSO Act.

At this stage, counsel for the peƟƟoner wants to withdraw the present peƟƟon with liberty to file fresh peƟƟon.

Given above, the present peƟƟon stands disposed of having been withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. State to hand over the custody cerƟficate to the counsel for the peƟƟoner to enable him to file a fresh peƟƟon. All pending miscellaneous applicaƟons, if any, stand disposed of.
